1. General Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the official website, online services, registrations, applications, competitions, events, products, and services offered by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited.

1.2 By accessing the Company's website, registering for any event, submitting an application, purchasing any service, or participating in any Company activity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue using the Company's website and services immediately.

1.4 These Terms & Conditions apply to all applicants, participants, models, designers, choreographers, judges, staff members, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, media representatives, visitors, parents, guardians, and all other persons associated with the Company.

1.5 These Terms & Conditions apply to all events and programs organized, managed, co-organized, licensed, or officially authorized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited.

1.6 The Company reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, merge, divide, suspend, or cancel any event, program, competition, service, or activity whenever necessary.

1.7 The Company may update, amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version published on the official website shall prevail.

1.8 Continued use of the website or continued participation in any Company event after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

1.9 The Company reserves the right to introduce additional event-specific rules, operational guidelines, safety instructions, eligibility requirements, and administrative procedures whenever necessary.

1.10 Participants shall comply with all official instructions issued by the Company, its authorized representatives, and event management team.

1.11 The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to its website, services, registrations, or events where these Terms & Conditions are violated.

1.12 Event schedules, venues, reporting dates, session timings, judges, choreographers, trainers, speakers, show directors, production teams, or other operational arrangements may be changed without prior notice whenever reasonably required.

1.13 Participation in any Company event is voluntary and entirely at the participant's own responsibility.

1.14 The Company shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government restrictions, natural disasters, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or other force majeure events.

1.15 All official announcements shall be made only through the Company's official website, official email addresses, verified social media accounts, WhatsApp Business account, or other officially authorized communication channels.

1.16 Any notice, instruction, schedule, or update published through the Company's official communication channels shall be deemed an official communication.

1.17 The Company reserves the right to verify any information, document, photograph, video, portfolio, certificate, or declaration submitted by any applicant or participant.

1.18 Submission of false, misleading, forged, manipulated, or incomplete information may result in rejection, suspension, or permanent disqualification.

1.19 All participants are expected to maintain professionalism, discipline, respect, and ethical conduct throughout their association with the Company.

1.20 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws specified under the Governing Law section of this document.

2. National Fashion Show

2.1 The National Fashion Show is organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited for eligible participants from across India.

2.2 Participation is open to Indian citizens and other persons who are legally eligible to participate in accordance with the applicable laws of India and the official eligibility criteria published by the Company.

2.3 Both beginner and professional models may apply under the categories announced by the Company.

2.4 Every applicant shall complete the official online registration process through the Company's approved registration platform.

2.5 Registration shall be considered complete only after successful submission of the application, required documents, and payment of the applicable registration fee.

2.6 The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, shortlist, or waitlist any application based on its official selection process.

2.7 The Company may request additional documents for identity verification, eligibility verification, or administrative purposes at any stage of the event.

2.8 Every selected participant shall receive an official Reporting Date, Reporting Time, Venue, and Batch Allocation through the Company's official communication channels.

2.9 Each participant shall report only on the Reporting Date and Reporting Time assigned by the Company.

2.10 Participants who fail to report on the assigned date and time without prior written approval from the Company may have their participation cancelled or may be reassigned to another batch, subject to availability.

2.11 Unless otherwise notified by the Company, each participant shall normally follow the official three-day event schedule.

2.12 Day 1 shall include Reporting, Registration Verification, Accreditation, Orientation, and the Official Fashion Seminar.

2.13 Day 2 shall include Grooming, Runway Training, Outfit Verification, Choreography Sessions, and Rehearsals.

2.14 Day 3 shall include Final Preparation, Hair & Makeup, Fashion Show, Official Photography, Media Activities (where applicable), and Closing Formalities.

2.15 The Company reserves the right to modify the reporting schedule, batch allocation, event sequence, venue, or duration whenever operationally necessary.

2.16 Attendance at all assigned seminars, grooming sessions, training programs, rehearsals, fittings, briefings, and official activities is mandatory.

2.17 Participants shall follow the instructions of the assigned choreographer, runway coach, show director, backstage coordinator, and other authorized Company officials.

2.18 The Company reserves the right to assign or reassign any participant to any batch, group, choreographer, designer, stage sequence, or show segment whenever necessary for operational reasons.

2.19 Participants shall wear only the outfits, accessories, and styling approved by the Company or officially assigned designers.

2.20 Unauthorized alterations to costumes, accessories, makeup, hairstyles, or styling are not permitted without prior approval from the Company.

2.21 Each model shall be provided with meals and refreshments for the three designated event days associated with their respective show, in accordance with the schedule determined by the Company.

2.22 The Company does not provide accommodation or travel expenses. However, participants shall have access to the services of the Help Desk, which will provide guidance and assistance regarding accommodation and travel arrangements.

2.23 Certificates, awards, participation recognition, photographs, and other official materials shall be issued only in accordance with the Company's official policies.

2.24 Participants shall maintain professional behaviour and comply with all Company rules throughout the event.

2.25 Any misconduct, submission of false information, violation of Company policies, failure to attend mandatory sessions, or behaviour that affects the safety, discipline, or reputation of the event may result in suspension or disqualification.

2.26 The decision of the Company regarding participant selection, scheduling, grouping, stage allocation, operational arrangements, and disciplinary matters shall be final and binding.

3. International Fashion Show

3.1 The International Fashion Show is organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited to provide an international runway platform for professional models and eligible participants from around the world.

3.2 Participation is open to eligible international and Indian professional models who satisfy the Company's published eligibility requirements.

3.3 Applicants shall complete the official online registration process through the Company's approved registration platform.

3.4 Registration shall be considered complete only after successful submission of the application, required documents, portfolio, and applicable registration fee.

3.5 Participants shall respect cultural diversity, professional ethics, and the rights and dignity of fellow participants, guests, judges, staff, and officials.

3.6 The Company reserves the exclusive right to accept, reject, shortlist, or waitlist any application.

3.7 Participants shall maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, punctuality, and personal conduct throughout the event.

3.8 The Company may request additional photographs, runway videos, introduction videos, modeling experience records, agency information, or other supporting materials whenever necessary.

3.9 International participants shall possess a valid passport with sufficient validity as required by applicable immigration regulations.

3.10 Participants are solely responsible for obtaining valid visas, travel permits, immigration clearances, and other documents required for international travel.

3.11 The Company may issue invitation letters or supporting documents where appropriate; however, such documents do not guarantee visa approval.

3.12 Visa refusal, immigration delays, denied boarding, customs restrictions, deportation, or entry refusal by any government authority shall remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

3.13 Each selected participant shall receive an official Reporting Date, Reporting Time, Venue, and Batch Allocation through the Company's official communication channels.

3.14 Every participant shall report only on the officially assigned reporting date and time.

3.15 Participants who fail to report on the assigned schedule without prior written approval may have their participation cancelled or may be reassigned to another batch, subject to operational availability.

3.16 Unless otherwise officially notified, each participant shall normally follow the standard three-day International Fashion Show schedule.

3.17 Day 1 shall include Reporting, Registration Verification, Accreditation, Orientation, and the International Fashion Seminar.

3.18 Day 2 shall include International Grooming, Runway Training, Outfit Verification, Choreography Sessions, Stage Blocking, and Full Rehearsals.

3.19 Day 3 shall include Final Preparation, Hair & Makeup, Official Fashion Show, Professional Photoshoot, Media Activities, and Closing Formalities.

3.20 Attendance at all seminars, grooming sessions, rehearsals, technical briefings, fittings, photoshoots, and official activities is mandatory.

3.21 Training shall be conducted by International Choreographers, International Runway Coaches, or other professionals officially appointed by the Company.

3.22 Participants shall follow all instructions issued by the assigned choreographer, runway coach, show director, backstage coordinator, production manager, and other authorized officials.

3.23 Participants shall not request a change of choreographer, runway coach, batch, group, or stage sequence unless expressly approved by the Company.

3.24 The Company reserves the right to assign or reassign any participant to any batch, designer, choreographer, runway sequence, show segment, or production team whenever operationally necessary.

3.25 Participants shall not modify or replace any assigned outfit, styling, accessory, or official presentation without prior approval.

3.26 Official photographs, promotional videos, interviews, media appearances, and publicity activities may be conducted during the event, and selected participants may be required to cooperate as part of the official program.

3.27 The Company may change reporting schedules, rehearsal timings, venues, show sequences, choreographers, designers, production arrangements, or any operational aspect of the event whenever necessary.

3.28 Accommodation, airport pick-up/drop-off (Airport Transfers), and local transportation shall be the sole responsibility of the participant, and all related expenses shall be borne by the participant. The Company does not provide financial assistance for these arrangements. However, the Company operates a Visa & Ticket Help Desk to provide guidance and assistance regarding visa applications, air ticket bookings, and accommodation arrangements.

3.29 Certificates, awards, participation recognition, photographs, digital content, and other official materials shall be issued only in accordance with the Company's official policies.

3.30 Any misconduct, submission of false information, violation of Company policies, failure to attend mandatory activities, or conduct that affects the safety, discipline, or reputation of the event may result in immediate suspension or disqualification.

3.31 The Company's decisions regarding participant selection, grouping, scheduling, judging, operational arrangements, and disciplinary matters shall be final and binding on all participants.

4. Designer Competition (Designer Quest)

4.1 The Designer Competition is organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited to recognize creativity, innovation, technical excellence, and professional standards in fashion design.

4.2 The competition is open to eligible fashion designers, fashion design students, fashion brands, design studios, and other applicants approved by the Company.

4.3 Every applicant shall complete the official online registration process before the published registration deadline.

4.4 Registration shall be considered complete only after successful submission of the application, required documents, design concept, and applicable registration fee.

4.5 Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee selection or qualification for the competition.

4.6 The Company reserves the exclusive right to accept, reject, shortlist, or waitlist any application.

4.7 All submitted designs shall be the original work of the participating designer.

4.8 Designs that infringe copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties shall not be accepted.

4.9 The Company reserves the right to reject any submission that is incomplete, offensive, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the objectives of the competition.

4.10 Designers shall not commence final garment production where prior concept approval is required by the Company until such approval has been granted.

4.11 Garments shall be completed and made available for inspection by the deadline specified by the Company.

4.12 Designers are responsible for ensuring that all garments are structurally safe, wearable, and suitable for runway presentation.

4.13 Any garment presenting a safety risk to models, staff, judges, or the audience may be rejected by the Company.

4.14 Designers shall arrange their own models unless the Company expressly provides or assigns official models.

4.15 Where official models are assigned by the Company, the final allocation of models shall remain solely at the Company's discretion.

4.16 Designers shall cooperate with assigned choreographers, backstage coordinators, production staff, and show management throughout the event.

4.17 Designers shall ensure that garments are delivered to the designated preparation area within the reporting schedule communicated by the Company.

4.18 Designers shall attend all mandatory briefings, technical meetings, rehearsals, fittings, and official activities related to the competition.

4.19 Failure to report on the assigned date and time may result in removal from the competition schedule.

4.20 The Company reserves the right to modify runway order, presentation sequence, stage timing, model allocation, rehearsal schedule, or show format whenever operationally necessary.

4.21 Designers shall not substitute approved garments with different garments without prior written approval from the Company.

4.22 Last-minute alterations affecting safety, judging standards, or production schedules may be restricted by the Company.

4.23 Judging shall be conducted only by the official judging panel appointed by the Company.

4.24 Judges may evaluate entries based on creativity, originality, innovation, craftsmanship, technical execution, commercial appeal, presentation, theme interpretation, sustainability, and other criteria determined by the Company.

4.25 The judging criteria and scoring methodology shall remain confidential unless officially published by the Company.

4.26 The decision of the judging panel shall be final and binding.

4.27 Designers shall not attempt to influence judges, officials, staff members, or any person associated with the evaluation process.

4.28 Any attempt to offer gifts, money, commissions, favors, or other improper benefits in connection with the competition shall result in immediate disqualification.

4.29 The Company may photograph, record, livestream, broadcast, or otherwise document all garments and runway presentations for official promotional, archival, educational, and marketing purposes.

4.30 Awards, trophies, certificates, titles, prizes, and other recognitions shall be presented only in accordance with the Company's official award policy.

4.31 Designers shall clear and vacate their designated stage, booth, or allocated area, including removing all garments, accessories, equipment, displays, and personal belongings, within the time period specified by the Company.

4.32 The Company shall not be responsible for loss, theft, accidental damage, or deterioration of garments or personal property unless required by applicable law.

4.33 Any violation of these Terms & Conditions, competition rules, official instructions, or applicable laws may result in suspension, disqualification, cancellation of awards, or other disciplinary action determined by the Company.

5. International Designer Showcase

5.1 The International Designer Showcase is an invitation-based runway presentation organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited to feature internationally recognized fashion designers, fashion houses, luxury brands, and distinguished creative professionals.

5.2 Participation in the International Designer Showcase is by invitation or official approval of the Company only.

5.3 The Company reserves the exclusive right to invite, approve, withdraw, replace, or decline any participating designer at its sole discretion.

5.4 Invited designers shall complete all registration, documentation, and confirmation requirements communicated by the Company before the specified deadline.

5.5 International designers shall comply with all applicable immigration, visa, customs, and travel regulations.

5.6 Each participating designer shall submit the required collection details, look list, garment information, and other production requirements within the timelines specified by the Company.

5.7 The Company may request photographs, sketches, mood boards, technical specifications, measurements, or additional information relating to the collection.

5.8 Designers shall ensure that all garments presented are original or that they possess all necessary legal rights and permissions to display the collection.

5.9 The Company reserves the right to reject or remove any garment, accessory, or collection that is unsafe, unlawful, offensive, or inconsistent with the objectives or image of the event.

5.10 The Company shall determine the official showcase schedule, presentation order, runway sequence, rehearsal timetable, and backstage arrangements.

5.11 Models participating in the showcase may be assigned either by the Company or by the participating designer, subject to the Company's approval.

5.12 Final allocation of models, choreographers, backstage coordinators, and production teams shall remain solely at the discretion of the Company.

5.13 All participating designers shall cooperate with the assigned Show Director, Principal Choreographer, Production Team, Technical Team, and other authorized officials.

5.14 Attendance at scheduled production meetings, fittings, rehearsals, technical briefings, and official activities is mandatory.

5.15 Garments shall be delivered for inspection, preparation, and backstage coordination within the reporting schedule communicated by the Company.

5.16 The Company may modify the runway order, presentation timing, production schedule, lighting, music, stage design, or other operational arrangements whenever reasonably necessary.

5.17 Designers shall not distribute promotional materials, conduct commercial sales, or organize independent marketing activities within the venue without prior written approval from the Company.

5.18 Official photographs, videos, livestreams, interviews, documentaries, and promotional content may be produced during the showcase.

5.19 Participation in the International Designer Showcase does not constitute a competition and no ranking or judging shall be implied unless expressly announced by the Company.

5.20 The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any showcase segment whenever operational, safety, legal, or production requirements make such action necessary.

5.21 All participants shall maintain the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and respect throughout the event.

5.22 Any violation of these Terms & Conditions or official event rules may result in suspension, removal from the showcase, cancellation of participation, or other disciplinary action determined by the Company.

5.23 The Company's decision regarding invitations, participation, scheduling, production arrangements, and operational matters shall be final and binding.

6. Social Media Influencer Awards

6.1 The Social Media Influencer Awards are organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited to recognize individuals who have demonstrated creativity, originality, professionalism, positive influence, and meaningful contributions across digital platforms.

6.2 The Company may introduce multiple award categories based on platform, content type, industry, region, audience size, or any other criteria determined by the Company.

6.3 Applicants shall complete the official online registration process within the prescribed registration period.

6.4 Registration shall be considered complete only after successful submission of the application, required information, supporting documents, and applicable registration fee, where required.

6.5 Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee nomination, shortlisting, or receipt of an award.

6.6 Applicants shall provide accurate social media profile information, including official profile links and any additional information requested by the Company.

6.7 The Company reserves the right to verify all submitted information before, during, or after the evaluation process.

6.8 Applicants shall ensure that they own or are legally authorized to use the content submitted for evaluation.

6.9 Fake followers, fake likes, fake comments, fake views, purchased engagement, bots, engagement exchange groups, automated activity, or any other artificial method used to manipulate social media performance are strictly prohibited.

6.10 The Company may use manual review, third-party verification tools, publicly available information, analytics, or other reasonable methods to verify the authenticity of social media accounts and engagement.

6.11 The Company reserves the right to request screenshots, platform analytics, account ownership verification, identity documents, or any additional evidence required to confirm eligibility.

6.12 Failure to provide requested verification within the specified period may result in rejection or disqualification.

6.13 Shortlisted applicants may be required to participate in interviews, presentations, media interactions, public voting, or other evaluation stages where applicable.

6.14 Public voting, where conducted, shall form only one part of the evaluation process unless otherwise announced by the Company.

6.15 The Company reserves the right to determine the evaluation criteria, scoring methodology, nomination process, judging procedure, and award categories.

6.16 Judges shall evaluate nominees independently in accordance with the Company's official evaluation standards.

6.17 The judging process may consider originality, creativity, authenticity, consistency, audience engagement, professional conduct, social responsibility, content quality, community impact, brand value, and other criteria determined by the Company.

6.18 The Company reserves the right to merge, divide, rename, add, suspend, or discontinue any award category whenever necessary.

6.19 Nominees shall conduct themselves professionally throughout the awards process.

6.20 Any attempt to influence judges, organizers, staff members, or other decision-makers through gifts, payments, commissions, threats, or improper influence is strictly prohibited.

6.21 The Company may remove any nominee whose conduct, public activities, published content, or behaviour is considered unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or seriously detrimental to the reputation of the awards or the Company.

6.22 The Company may publish nominee names, profiles, photographs, biographies, social media handles, promotional videos, interviews, and related content through its official communication channels.

6.23 Winners may be invited to participate in official media interviews, promotional campaigns, photographs, stage presentations, press conferences, or other promotional activities organized by the Company.

6.24 Awards, trophies, certificates, titles, and recognition shall be presented only in accordance with the Company's official awards policy.

6.25 The Company reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or revoke any nomination, award, title, certificate, or recognition if eligibility requirements are no longer satisfied or if fraud, misconduct, or policy violations are discovered before or after the awards ceremony.

6.26 Any violation of these Terms & Conditions, submission of false information, fraudulent activity, or breach of Company policies may result in suspension, disqualification, cancellation of awards, or other disciplinary action.

6.27 The Company's decisions regarding eligibility, nominations, judging, awards, scheduling, and all matters relating to the Social Media Influencer Awards shall be final and binding.

7. Fashion Expo

7.1 The Fashion Expo is organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited to provide a professional platform for fashion brands, designers, manufacturers, retailers, service providers, educational institutions, technology companies, beauty brands, and other approved exhibitors.

7.2 Participation in the Fashion Expo is subject to approval by the Company.

7.3 Every exhibitor shall complete the official registration process and submit all required information before the prescribed deadline.

7.4 The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or cancel any exhibitor application at its sole discretion.

7.5 Booth allocation, exhibition space, stall dimensions, display locations, and floor plans shall be determined exclusively by the Company.

7.6 Exhibitors shall use only the booth or exhibition space officially assigned to them.

7.7 Booths, exhibition spaces, sponsorship areas, or display locations shall not be transferred, shared, leased, or sublet without the Company's prior written approval.

7.8 Exhibitors shall complete booth setup within the official installation schedule communicated by the Company.

7.9 All exhibition materials shall comply with applicable safety regulations and venue requirements.

7.10 Products, services, promotional materials, demonstrations, and displays shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7.11 Counterfeit products, illegal goods, hazardous materials, offensive content, or unauthorized promotional activities are strictly prohibited.

7.12 The Company reserves the right to remove any product, display, advertisement, decoration, equipment, or promotional material that violates Company policies or applicable laws.

7.13 Exhibitors shall maintain their booths in a clean, safe, and professional condition throughout the exhibition.

7.14 Sound systems, lighting equipment, LED displays, demonstrations, and promotional activities shall not interfere with neighboring exhibitors or official event operations.

7.15 Distribution of promotional materials shall be limited to the exhibitor's assigned space unless otherwise approved by the Company.

7.16 Exhibitors shall not obstruct emergency exits, walkways, entrances, fire equipment, or public access areas.

7.17 The Company may inspect booths, products, electrical installations, equipment, and display materials at any time.

7.18 Exhibitors shall cooperate with safety officers, technical teams, venue management, and Company officials during inspections.

7.19 The Company reserves the right to modify the exhibition layout, booth allocation, operating hours, visitor flow, or event schedule whenever reasonably necessary.

7.20 Official photographers, videographers, media representatives, and broadcasters authorized by the Company may photograph, record, or film exhibition booths, products, demonstrations, and promotional activities.

7.21 The Company does not endorse, certify, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of products or services exhibited by participants.

7.22 Exhibitors are solely responsible for the security of their products, equipment, computers, documents, promotional materials, and personal belongings.

7.23 Booth dismantling shall take place only during the official dismantling schedule communicated by the Company.

7.24 Early dismantling or abandonment of exhibition space without prior approval is prohibited.

7.25 Exhibitors shall remove all products, equipment, decorations, waste materials, and personal property before the official move-out deadline.

7.26 Any damage caused to the venue, exhibition infrastructure, Company property, or third-party property by an exhibitor shall be the sole responsibility of that exhibitor.

7.27 The Company reserves the right to suspend, close, or remove any booth, exhibitor, or exhibition activity that violates these Terms & Conditions or adversely affects the safety, reputation, or operation of the Fashion Expo.

7.28 The Company's decisions regarding exhibitor approval, booth allocation, exhibition management, operational arrangements, and disciplinary matters shall be final and binding.

8. Cultural Fashion Expo

8.1 The Cultural Fashion Expo is organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited to celebrate the diversity of traditional, ethnic, indigenous, historical, and cultural fashion from India and around the world.

8.2 Participation is open to individuals, cultural organizations, educational institutions, fashion designers, cultural associations, performers, and other applicants approved by the Company.

8.3 Every participant shall complete the official registration process within the registration period announced by the Company.

8.4 The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, shortlist, or cancel any application at its sole discretion.

8.5 Participants shall provide accurate information regarding the country, region, state, community, or cultural tradition represented by their presentation.

8.6 Traditional costumes, garments, ornaments, accessories, and cultural presentations shall respect the heritage, customs, and dignity of the culture being represented.

8.7 Participants shall not intentionally misrepresent, distort, or falsely claim the origin or authenticity of any cultural costume or presentation.

8.8 The Company may request supporting information regarding the cultural background or inspiration of any presentation whenever necessary.

8.9 Cultural presentations shall not contain content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or likely to incite violence or public disorder.

8.10 The Company reserves the right to reject or modify any presentation that may reasonably be considered offensive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the objectives of the event.

8.11 Participants shall report on the official reporting date and time assigned by the Company.

8.12 Attendance at all scheduled rehearsals, technical briefings, costume inspections, and production meetings is mandatory.

8.13 The Company shall determine the runway order, presentation sequence, stage timing, music coordination, lighting arrangements, and production schedule.

8.14 Participants shall follow all instructions issued by the Show Director, Choreographer, Production Team, Stage Manager, and other authorized Company officials.

8.17 Participants shall ensure that any cultural performance, demonstration, or presentation complies with all applicable laws and venue safety requirements.

8.18 Official photographers, videographers, broadcasters, and media representatives authorized by the Company may photograph, film, record, or livestream the Cultural Fashion Expo for official promotional, educational, documentary, and archival purposes.

8.19 The Company reserves the right to include cultural presentations in exhibitions, publications, documentaries, digital media, promotional campaigns, and future event promotions.

8.20 Participants shall not distribute political, religious, commercial, or unauthorized promotional materials during the event without prior written approval from the Company.

8.21 Any awards, certificates, appreciation recognitions, or special honors presented during the Cultural Fashion Expo shall be determined solely by the Company.

8.22 Participation in the Cultural Fashion Expo does not create any entitlement to sponsorships, financial assistance, commercial opportunities, media contracts, or future invitations.

8.23 Participants shall conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward all cultures, traditions, communities, guests, officials, and fellow participants.

8.24 Any act of cultural disrespect, discrimination, harassment, violence, or serious misconduct may result in immediate removal from the event and further disciplinary action.

8.25 The Company reserves the right to modify the program schedule, venue, presentation sequence, or operational arrangements whenever necessary.

8.26 The Company's decisions regarding participation, presentation approval, scheduling, cultural representation, awards, and operational matters shall be final and binding.

9. Fashion Seminars, Workshops & Masterclasses

9.1 LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited may organize Fashion Seminars, Workshops, Masterclasses, Panel Discussions, Industry Talks, and Educational Sessions as part of its events and programs.

9.2 Participation may be mandatory or optional depending on the participant category, event package, or official schedule announced by the Company.

9.3 Participants shall report to the seminar venue at the reporting time communicated by the Company.

9.4 Registration or attendance verification may be conducted before the commencement of each session.

9.5 Participants shall occupy only the seats or sections allocated by the Company where applicable.

9.6 The Company reserves the right to change speakers, trainers, moderators, panelists, schedules, venues, session topics, or program formats whenever operationally necessary.

9.7 Sessions may be conducted by national or international fashion professionals, designers, choreographers, industry experts, educators, entrepreneurs, celebrities, or other invited speakers approved by the Company.

9.8 Participants shall maintain professional behaviour and respect all speakers, trainers, moderators, fellow participants, and Company representatives.

9.9 Disruptive behaviour, abusive language, interruptions, or actions affecting the learning environment may result in removal from the session.

9.10 Participants shall follow all instructions issued by seminar coordinators, moderators, trainers, or other authorized Company officials.

9.11 Attendance may be recorded electronically or manually for administrative and certification purposes.

9.12 The Company may prescribe a minimum attendance requirement for eligibility to receive certificates or other recognitions.

9.13 Certificates of Participation, Completion, Training, Excellence, or other official recognitions shall be issued only in accordance with the Company's certification policy.

9.14 Recording, livestreaming, screen recording, photography, audio recording, or reproduction of presentations, teaching materials, slides, handouts, videos, or demonstrations is prohibited without prior written permission from the Company.

9.15 All seminar presentations, educational materials, training manuals, digital resources, and related content remain the intellectual property of the Company or the respective speaker, trainer, or copyright owner.

9.16 Participants shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, modify, translate, or commercially exploit any seminar content without prior written authorization.

9.17 Question-and-answer sessions shall be conducted only in accordance with the procedures established by the session moderator or trainer.

9.18 The Company reserves the right to limit or refuse questions that are inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, disruptive, or unrelated to the subject matter.

9.19 Mobile phones and electronic devices shall be kept in silent mode during seminars unless their use is specifically permitted for educational purposes.

9.20 Participants shall not leave and re-enter restricted seminar areas without authorization where access control measures are in place.

9.21 The Company may photograph, film, livestream, or otherwise record seminar sessions for educational, promotional, archival, documentation, and marketing purposes.

9.22 Participants may be invited to take part in practical demonstrations, group activities, assessments, or interactive learning sessions where applicable.

9.24 The Company reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, suspend, merge, divide, or cancel any seminar, workshop, or masterclass whenever reasonably necessary.

9.25 The Company's decisions regarding attendance, certification, scheduling, speakers, educational content, and operational matters shall be final and binding.

10. Models

10.1 This section applies to all models participating in any event organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited, unless specific event rules provide otherwise.

10.2 Every model shall maintain a professional attitude, discipline, punctuality, and respectful behaviour throughout the event.

10.3 Models shall report to all assigned venues on the dates and times communicated by the Company.

10.4 Models shall carry their official identification documents and Company-issued accreditation whenever required.

10.5 Attendance at assigned rehearsals, fittings, grooming sessions, briefings, photoshoots, media activities, and other official programs shall be mandatory where applicable.

10.6 Models shall follow the instructions of the Company's authorized officials, Show Directors, Choreographers, Runway Coaches, Backstage Managers, Production Team, and Stage Coordinators.

10.7 Models shall perform only in the runway sequence, show segment, and presentation assigned by the Company.

10.8 The Company reserves the right to change runway order, group allocation, outfit allocation, stage sequence, or performance schedule whenever operationally necessary.

10.9 Models shall wear only the garments, footwear, accessories, jewelry, and styling officially assigned or approved by the Company.

10.10 Unauthorized alteration, replacement, exchange, or modification of assigned garments, styling, accessories, or presentation elements is prohibited without prior approval.

10.11 Models shall report for hair styling, makeup, costume fitting, and backstage preparation at the scheduled time communicated by the Company.

10.12 Models shall maintain appropriate personal hygiene and professional grooming standards throughout the event.

10.13 Models shall handle garments, accessories, and other Company or designer property with reasonable care and shall return them in accordance with official instructions.

10.14 Models shall not remove costumes, accessories, accreditation cards, backstage passes, or official materials from restricted areas without authorization.

10.15 Models shall not enter backstage areas, dressing rooms, production rooms, technical zones, or other restricted areas unless authorized.

10.16 Models shall not invite unauthorized persons into backstage or restricted operational areas.

10.17 Models shall immediately report damaged garments, missing accessories, injuries, accidents, or safety concerns to the appropriate Company official.

10.18 Models shall cooperate with official photographers, videographers, media teams, and promotional activities where participation forms part of the official event schedule.

10.19 Models shall not engage in behaviour that disrupts rehearsals, productions, judging, media activities, or other participants.

10.20 Smoking, consumption of alcohol, use of illegal drugs, possession of prohibited substances, or reporting while under the influence of intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.

10.21 Models shall not engage in physical violence, verbal abuse, harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, or any conduct that may endanger the safety, dignity, or wellbeing of others.

10.22 Mobile phones and electronic devices may be restricted during rehearsals, backstage operations, performances, or other official activities as determined by the Company.

10.23 Unauthorized photography, videography, livestreaming, or recording in backstage, dressing rooms, technical areas, or other restricted locations is prohibited.

10.24 Models shall not disclose confidential event information, judging details, production schedules, backstage operations, or internal Company information without prior written authorization.

10.25 Models shall promptly comply with all safety instructions, emergency procedures, evacuation orders, and operational directions issued by the Company or venue authorities.

10.26 Models shall remain responsible for the accuracy of the personal information and documents submitted to the Company.

10.27 The Company reserves the right to suspend, replace, remove, or disqualify any model who violates these Terms & Conditions, event rules, or official instructions.

10.28 The Company's decisions regarding model assignments, participation, scheduling, backstage management, production arrangements, and operational matters shall be final and binding.

11. Choreographers

11.1 This section applies to all National Choreographers, International Choreographers, Runway Coaches, Associate Choreographers, Guest Choreographers, and other choreography professionals officially appointed or approved by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited.

11.2 All choreographers shall perform their duties professionally, ethically, and in accordance with the Company's official policies and event requirements.

11.3 The Company reserves the exclusive right to appoint, replace, reassign, or remove any choreographer at any stage of the event.

11.4 Choreographers shall report on the date, time, and venue communicated by the Company and attend all official production meetings, rehearsals, and briefings.

11.5 Choreographers shall plan and conduct runway training, stage rehearsals, walk sequences, formations, stage blocking, and other choreography activities assigned by the Company.

11.6 Choreographers shall work in coordination with the Show Director, Production Team, Designers, Models, Stage Managers, Technical Team, and other authorized officials.

11.7 The Company shall determine the final allocation of models, designers, show segments, rehearsal schedules, and production responsibilities assigned to each choreographer.

11.8 Choreographers shall not independently change the official show sequence, production schedule, model allocation, or runway presentation without prior approval from the Company.

11.9 Choreographers shall ensure that all rehearsals are conducted in a safe, professional, respectful, and well-organized manner.

11.10 Choreographers shall treat every participant fairly, professionally, and without favoritism or discrimination.

11.11 Choreographers shall maintain discipline during all rehearsals, backstage activities, training sessions, and runway presentations.

11.12 Choreographers shall immediately report safety concerns, injuries, emergencies, technical issues, or operational difficulties to the appropriate Company officials.

11.13 Choreographers shall not disclose confidential information to any unauthorized person without prior written approval from the Company.

11.14 The Company may evaluate the performance, professionalism, conduct, and operational responsibilities of choreographers at any time during the event.

11.15 Any choreographer found engaging in misconduct, negligence, harassment, abuse of authority, bribery, discrimination, fraud, or violation of Company policies may be suspended, removed from duty, or permanently disqualified from future Company events.

11.16 Participation as a choreographer does not create any permanent employment relationship, partnership, franchise, or agency relationship with the Company unless otherwise agreed through a separate written contract.

11.17 The Company's decisions regarding appointments, assignments, performance evaluation, disciplinary matters, operational responsibilities, and all choreography-related matters shall be final and binding.

12. Show Directors & Production Team

12.1 This section applies to all Show Directors, Associate Show Directors, Production Directors, Stage Managers, Production Coordinators, Backstage Managers, Technical Directors, Creative Directors, and other production personnel officially appointed by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited.

12.2 The Company shall have the exclusive authority to appoint, replace, reassign, or remove any member of the Show Direction or Production Team at any time.

12.3 The Show Director shall have overall responsibility for the artistic execution, stage presentation, runway coordination, and operational management of the fashion show.

12.4 The Production Team shall coordinate all backstage operations, stage management, technical production, scheduling, lighting, sound, music, and show execution.

12.5 All participants, including models, designers, choreographers, staff members, volunteers, exhibitors, media representatives, and guests, shall comply with lawful instructions issued by the Show Director or authorized Production Team members.

12.6 The Show Director may modify the runway sequence, stage order, presentation timing, rehearsals, music, lighting, choreography coordination, backstage movements, or production schedule whenever operationally necessary.

12.7 The Production Team may change reporting times, rehearsal schedules, dressing room allocations, preparation areas, technical arrangements, or backstage procedures where required for the efficient operation of the event.

12.8 Participants shall cooperate fully with stage rehearsals, technical rehearsals, sound checks, lighting rehearsals, and production briefings.

12.9 Only authorized personnel shall be permitted to operate stage equipment, lighting systems, sound systems, LED displays, production control systems, or other technical equipment.

12.10 Participants shall immediately report any technical malfunction, safety hazard, accident, or operational concern to the Production Team.

12.11 The Production Team may temporarily suspend or delay any performance where necessary to protect public safety, technical integrity, or operational continuity.

12.12 The Company reserves the right to modify stage design, production layout, backstage arrangements, seating plans, camera positions, or technical infrastructure whenever reasonably necessary.

12.13 The Show Director and Production Team shall work in coordination with choreographers, designers, judges, media representatives, sponsors, venue management, security personnel, and other authorized departments.

12.14 Production Team members shall maintain the confidentiality of production plans, technical documents, stage layouts, internal communications, show scripts, and other confidential operational information.

12.15 Participants shall not obstruct production activities or delay scheduled operations through unauthorized actions or failure to follow official instructions.

12.16 The Company may appoint additional production personnel, consultants, technical specialists, or external service providers whenever necessary.

12.17 The Company's decisions regarding production management, stage operations, scheduling, technical execution, and all matters relating to Show Direction and Production shall be final and binding.

13. Designers

13.1 This section applies to all fashion designers, design houses, fashion brands, couture labels, costume designers, and creative professionals participating in any event organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited.

13.2 All designers shall perform their responsibilities in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner.

13.3 Designers shall comply with all official instructions issued by the Company, Show Directors, Production Team, Choreographers, and other authorized officials.

13.4 Designers shall ensure that all garments, accessories, and presentation materials meet acceptable professional quality and safety standards.

13.5 Designers shall ensure that their collections are completed and available according to the official production schedule communicated by the Company.

13.6 Designers shall cooperate with assigned models during fittings, rehearsals, backstage preparation, and runway presentations.

13.7 Designers shall arrive at all scheduled fittings, production meetings, rehearsals, and official activities on time.

13.8 Garments shall be clearly labeled and organized in accordance with backstage procedures established by the Company.

13.9 Designers shall inspect garments before presentation and immediately report any defects, damages, or missing items to the Production Team.

13.10 Designers shall ensure that garments are suitable for safe runway presentation and do not present an unreasonable risk to models or other participants.

13.11 The Company may require designers to modify or replace garments that present safety concerns or fail to comply with technical or operational requirements.

13.12 Designers shall not interfere with the official runway sequence, production schedule, choreography, judging process, or backstage operations.

13.13 Designers shall cooperate with official photographers, videographers, media representatives, sponsors, and promotional activities organized by the Company.

13.14 Designers shall maintain a respectful and professional working relationship with models, choreographers,staff members, officials, sponsors, exhibitors, media representatives, and fellow designers.

13.15 Designers shall not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive conduct, or any other behaviour that creates an unsafe or unprofessional environment.

13.16 Designers shall not distribute promotional materials, conduct unauthorized commercial activities, recruit participants for other organizations, or advertise competing events within the venue without prior written approval from the Company.

13.17 Designers shall not misuse the Company's name, logo, trademarks, branding, certificates, official photographs, videos, or promotional materials without prior written authorization.

13.18 The Company reserves the right to suspend, remove, or disqualify any designer who violates these Terms & Conditions, event rules, official instructions, or applicable laws.

13.19 Participation as a designer does not establish an employment relationship, agency, partnership, franchise, or exclusive business relationship with the Company unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

13.20 The Company reserves the right to modify designer allocations, fitting schedules, rehearsal timings, backstage procedures, production arrangements, or operational responsibilities whenever reasonably necessary.

13.21 The Company's decisions regarding designer participation, operational matters, scheduling, production arrangements, disciplinary actions, and all matters relating to designers shall be final and binding.

14. Judges

14.1 This section applies to all judges, jury members, evaluation panel members, guest judges, technical judges, and any other person officially appointed by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited to evaluate participants, competitions, or awards.

14.2 The Company shall have the exclusive authority to appoint, replace, reassign, or remove any judge at any stage of the event.

14.3 Judges shall perform their duties independently, professionally, fairly, and in accordance with the official judging guidelines established by the Company.

14.4 Judges shall evaluate participants solely on the officially approved judging criteria applicable to the respective event or competition.

14.5 The Company reserves the right to determine, modify, or update the judging methodology, scoring system, evaluation criteria, weightage, and assessment procedures whenever necessary.

14.6 Judges shall not discriminate against any participant on any unlawful basis and shall maintain impartiality throughout the evaluation process.

14.7 Judges shall avoid any actual or apparent conflict of interest. Any potential conflict shall be disclosed immediately to the Company.

14.8 Judges shall maintain the confidentiality of score sheets, evaluation notes, rankings, deliberations, discussions, results, and all other confidential judging information.

14.9 Judges shall not disclose competition results, rankings, scores, or evaluation details before the Company's official announcement.

14.10 Judges shall not accept gifts, money, commissions, hospitality, favors, services, or any other benefit intended to influence their judgment or official responsibilities.

14.11 Judges shall not communicate privately with participants regarding judging decisions, scores, rankings, or competition outcomes outside officially authorized interactions.

14.12 Any misconduct, negligence, breach of confidentiality, conflict of interest, abuse of authority, bribery, discrimination, or violation of Company policies may result in immediate removal from the judging panel.

14.13 Participation as a judge does not establish an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or permanent appointment with the Company unless otherwise agreed through a separate written contract.

14.14 The Company reserves the right to review, verify, audit, or validate the judging process whenever reasonably necessary to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with official procedures.

14.15 The Company's decisions regarding the appointment of judges, judging procedures, evaluation standards, dispute resolution, and all matters relating to the judging process shall be final and binding.

15. Staff & Volunteers

15.1 This section applies to all employees, contract staff, event staff, coordinators, volunteers, interns, hospitality personnel, registration teams, backstage assistants, logistics teams, customer support personnel, and all other individuals officially authorized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited.

15.2 All Staff and Volunteers shall perform their assigned duties professionally, honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the Company's official policies and operational procedures.

15.3 The Company reserves the exclusive right to appoint, assign, transfer, suspend, replace, or remove any Staff Member or Volunteer at any stage of the event.

15.4 Staff and Volunteers shall report to duty on the official reporting date, time, and location communicated by the Company.

15.5 Staff and Volunteers shall attend all mandatory orientation programs, operational briefings, training sessions, emergency drills, and departmental meetings conducted by the Company.

15.6 Staff and Volunteers shall follow lawful instructions issued by the Company's authorized officials, Department Heads, Show Directors, Production Team, and Event Management.

15.7 Staff and Volunteers shall wear the official identification card, accreditation badge, uniform, or dress code prescribed by the Company while on duty.

15.8 Staff and Volunteers shall carry out their assigned responsibilities with courtesy, impartiality, professionalism, and respect toward participants, guests, sponsors, exhibitors, media representatives, and fellow team members.

15.9 Staff and Volunteers shall maintain the confidentiality of participant information, operational documents, internal communications, production schedules, financial information, and other confidential Company records.

15.10 Confidential information shall not be copied, shared, photographed, recorded, published, or disclosed to any unauthorized person without prior written approval from the Company.

15.11 Staff and Volunteers shall immediately report accidents, injuries, security concerns, complaints, misconduct, technical failures, lost property, or other incidents to their reporting supervisor.

15.12 Staff and Volunteers shall not accept gifts, money, commissions, personal benefits, or other advantages that may influence or appear to influence their official duties.

15.13 Staff and Volunteers shall not misuse their position, official identification, access privileges, confidential information, or Company resources for personal benefit.

15.14 Staff and Volunteers shall not make unauthorized public statements, media comments, interviews, press releases, or official announcements on behalf of the Company.

15.15 Staff and Volunteers shall cooperate with all departments to ensure the efficient operation of registration, hospitality, transportation, backstage management, technical operations, crowd management, customer service, and event administration.

15.16 Staff and Volunteers shall maintain a clean, safe, respectful, and harassment-free working environment.

15.17 Smoking, consumption of alcohol, use of illegal drugs, reporting for duty while under the influence of intoxicating substances, or possession of prohibited substances during official duties is strictly prohibited.

15.18 Staff and Volunteers shall comply with all health, safety, security, emergency response, and evacuation procedures established by the Company and the venue.

15.19 The Company may reassign duties, departments, shifts, reporting managers, work locations, or operational responsibilities whenever reasonably necessary.

15.20 Staff and Volunteers shall return all Company property, identity cards, uniforms, communication devices, access cards, equipment, documents, and other official materials upon completion of their duties or whenever requested by the Company.

15.21 Any misconduct, negligence, breach of confidentiality, insubordination, fraud, harassment, discrimination, abuse of authority, theft, violence, or violation of Company policies may result in disciplinary action, suspension, termination of duties, removal from the event, and where applicable, legal proceedings.

15.22 Appointment as a Staff Member or Volunteer does not create permanent employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or any continuing contractual relationship with the Company unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

15.23 The Company's decisions regarding staff appointments, volunteer assignments, operational responsibilities, performance evaluation, disciplinary matters, and all issues relating to Staff and Volunteers shall be final and binding.

16. Fashion Business Summit & B2B Meetings

16.1 The Fashion Business Summit & B2B Meetings are organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited to facilitate professional networking, business collaboration, investment opportunities, knowledge sharing, and commercial partnerships within the global fashion industry.

16.2 Participation is open to fashion brands, designers, manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, buyers, distributors, investors, fashion technology companies, educational institutions, media organizations, startups, sponsors, exhibitors, and other applicants approved by the Company.

16.3 Every applicant shall complete the official registration process and submit all required information before the prescribed deadline.

16.4 Registration shall be confirmed only after approval by the Company and payment of the applicable registration fee, where applicable.

16.5 The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, shortlist, suspend, or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

16.6 Participants shall provide accurate business information, company details, and supporting documents whenever requested by the Company.

16.7 Each participant shall report on the official reporting date, reporting time, and venue communicated by the Company.

16.8 The Company may allocate meeting schedules, networking sessions, business tables, presentation slots, meeting rooms, or discussion areas based on operational requirements.

16.9 Participants shall attend meetings according to the official schedule issued by the Company.

16.10 The Company reserves the right to modify meeting schedules, speaker sessions, venues, networking formats, or business appointments whenever reasonably necessary.

16.11 Participants shall conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and respectfully during all business meetings, networking sessions, presentations, and discussions.

16.12 Participants shall not engage in misleading business practices, fraudulent representations, false advertising, bribery, corruption, or deceptive commercial activities.

16.13 Business negotiations, commercial agreements, investments, partnerships, purchase orders, distributorships, licensing arrangements, franchise agreements, or other commercial transactions entered into between participants shall remain solely the responsibility of the respective parties.

16.14 The Company shall not be responsible for the performance, quality, legality, financial condition, contractual obligations, or business commitments of any participant, buyer, seller, investor, sponsor, exhibitor, or service provider.

16.15 Participants shall respect the confidentiality of business discussions, commercial proposals, pricing information, trade secrets, technical information, financial information, and other confidential business information shared during meetings.

16.16 Confidential information obtained during the Summit or B2B Meetings shall not be disclosed, copied, reproduced, or shared with any third party without the prior consent of the owner of such information, unless required by applicable law.

16.17 The Company may organize keynote sessions, panel discussions, investor meetings, buyer-seller meetings, startup showcases, networking events, business presentations, and product launches as part of the Summit.

16.18 Photography, videography, interviews, livestreaming, and media coverage may be conducted during public sessions. Access to private B2B meetings may be restricted by the Company.

16.19 Recording private business meetings, confidential presentations, negotiations, or closed-door discussions without the prior consent of all concerned parties is strictly prohibited.

16.20 Distribution of promotional materials, catalogues, brochures, business cards, samples, or marketing materials shall be permitted only in designated areas or with prior approval from the Company.

16.21 Participants shall respect all intellectual property rights and shall not copy, reproduce, misuse, or commercially exploit another participant's products, designs, trademarks, business concepts, confidential information, or proprietary materials.

16.22 Any participant found engaging in unlawful, unethical, fraudulent, disruptive, or misleading business conduct may be suspended, removed from the Summit, or permanently disqualified from future Company events.

16.23 Participation in the Fashion Business Summit & B2B Meetings does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or legal representation between the Company and any participant.

16.24 The Company's decisions regarding participant approval, meeting allocation, business scheduling, networking arrangements, operational management, and all matters relating to the Fashion Business Summit & B2B Meetings shall be final and binding.

17. Parents, Guardians & Minor Participants

17.1 This section applies to all participants under the age of 18 years and to their parents or legally authorized guardians.

17.2 Every minor participant shall be accompanied by a parent or legally authorized guardian throughout the event unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company.

17.3 The parent or legal guardian shall be responsible for the care, supervision, safety, and wellbeing of the minor participant during the event.

17.4 At the time of reporting, the parent or legal guardian shall complete and sign the official Parent/Guardian Consent Form provided by the Company.

17.5 The Company may require proof of the relationship between the minor participant and the accompanying parent or legal guardian.

17.8 Parents and guardians shall ensure that all information submitted on behalf of the minor participant is accurate, complete, and truthful.

17.9 Parents and guardians shall immediately inform the Company of any medical condition, allergy, medication, disability, or special assistance required by the minor participant.

17.10 Parents and guardians shall ensure that the minor participant reports on the assigned reporting date and time communicated by the Company.

17.11 Parents and guardians shall cooperate with the Company's officials, production team, choreographers, staff members, and security personnel whenever required.

17.12 Parents and guardians shall not interfere with rehearsals, backstage operations, judging, production activities, or other official event procedures.

17.13 Access to backstage areas, dressing rooms, production areas, or restricted zones shall be permitted only to persons specifically authorized by the Company.

17.14 Parents and guardians shall maintain respectful and professional behaviour toward participants, staff members, volunteers, officials, media representatives, sponsors, and other attendees.

17.15 Any threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct by a parent or guardian may result in disciplinary action, including restrictions on access to the venue or the minor participant's continued participation where necessary for the safety and orderly conduct of the event.

17.16 Parents and guardians shall remain responsible for the personal belongings, travel arrangements, accommodation, and daily supervision of the minor participant unless otherwise stated by the Company.

17.17 The Company may arrange first aid or emergency medical assistance for a minor participant whenever reasonably necessary. Parents or legal guardians shall be informed as soon as practicable.

17.18 Parents and guardians shall comply with all venue regulations, security procedures, health and safety requirements, and official instructions issued by the Company.

17.19 The Company reserves the right to refuse participation or restrict access where the requirements of this section are not satisfied or where the safety, welfare, or best interests of the minor participant may be affected.

17.20 The Company's decisions regarding the participation of minors, parental responsibilities, guardian verification, venue access, and all matters relating to this section shall be final and binding.

18. Visitors & Audience

18.1 This section applies to all visitors, audience members, guests, invitees, VIP guests, media guests, accompanying persons, and all other individuals attending any event organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited.

18.2 Entry to the event venue shall be permitted only with a valid ticket, invitation, accreditation, entry pass, or other authorization approved by the Company.

18.3 Every visitor shall comply with the entry procedures, security screening, identity verification, and venue regulations established by the Company.

18.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose presence may affect the safety, security, reputation, or orderly conduct of the event.

18.5 Visitors shall occupy only the seating areas, viewing zones, hospitality areas, or other locations allocated or permitted by the Company.

18.6 Entry into backstage areas, dressing rooms, production areas, technical control rooms, rehearsal areas, VIP lounges, judges' areas, or any restricted zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Company.

18.7 Visitors shall not obstruct entrances, exits, emergency evacuation routes, walkways, production areas, or any operational activities.

18.8 Visitors shall maintain respectful, professional, and courteous behaviour toward participants, officials, staff members, volunteers, judges, designers, choreographers, sponsors, exhibitors, media representatives, and fellow visitors.

18.9 Any act of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive language, threatening behaviour, violence, or public disturbance is strictly prohibited.

18.10 Visitors shall not bring weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, hazardous chemicals, fireworks, or any prohibited item into the venue.

18.11 The Company may prohibit additional items whenever necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or venue requirements.

18.12 Smoking, consumption of alcohol, use of illegal drugs, or possession of prohibited substances within the venue is strictly prohibited.

18.13 Visitors shall not damage, remove, misuse, or interfere with any Company property, venue property, exhibition materials, stage equipment, decorations, signage, or technical infrastructure.

18.14 Photography, videography, audio recording, livestreaming, or commercial broadcasting may be restricted in designated areas or during specific event segments. Visitors shall comply with all official media restrictions.

18.15 The use of drones, professional camera equipment, lighting equipment, or commercial recording devices is prohibited without the Company's prior written approval.

18.16 Visitors shall not distribute promotional materials, conduct surveys, advertise products or services, sell merchandise, solicit donations, recruit participants, or conduct commercial activities within the venue without prior written authorization from the Company.

18.17 Visitors shall immediately follow all instructions issued by Company Officials, security personnel, emergency responders, venue management, and other authorized representatives.

18.18 In the event of an emergency, visitors shall cooperate fully with evacuation procedures and emergency instructions.

18.19 Visitors are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The Company shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property unless required by applicable law.

18.20 Visitors acknowledge that official photography, videography, livestreaming, television broadcasting, and media coverage may take place during the event, and their presence at the venue may result in incidental appearance in such recordings.

18.21 Any visitor who violates these Terms & Conditions, venue regulations, security requirements, or applicable laws may be removed from the venue without refund or compensation and may be denied entry to future Company events.

18.22 The Company's decisions regarding visitor admission, venue access, security measures, audience management, and all matters relating to visitors and audience members shall be final and binding.

19. Media, Photography & Broadcasting

19.1 This section applies to all photographers, videographers, filmmakers, television broadcasters, streaming partners, press representatives, digital media personnel, content creators, and other media professionals officially authorized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited.

19.2 Only media personnel accredited or approved by the Company shall be permitted to undertake professional photography, videography, filming, broadcasting, or media coverage within the event venue.

19.3 The Company reserves the exclusive right to approve, suspend, revoke, or cancel any media accreditation at any time.

19.4 All media personnel shall display their official media accreditation issued by the Company while performing their duties.

19.5 Media personnel shall comply with all instructions issued by the Company's Media Team, Show Directors, Production Team, Security Team, and other authorized officials.

19.6 Access to backstage areas, dressing rooms, production control rooms, judges' areas, VIP lounges, technical zones, or other restricted locations shall be permitted only with prior authorization from the Company.

19.7 Media personnel shall not interfere with rehearsals, runway presentations, judging, production activities, or backstage operations.

19.8 The Company may designate restricted filming areas, approved camera positions, interview zones, media workspaces, and broadcast locations.

19.9 Media personnel shall remain within designated areas unless otherwise instructed by the Company.

19.10 Live broadcasting, television coverage, online streaming, drone operations, aerial filming, or other special recording activities shall require prior written approval from the Company and all applicable regulatory permissions.

19.11 The Company may impose operational restrictions on filming, photography, interviews, recording, broadcasting, or livestreaming whenever necessary for safety, privacy, security, production requirements, or legal compliance.

19.12 Media personnel shall respect the privacy of participants, officials, judges, staff members, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, and visitors.

19.13 Interviews with participants, judges, designers, choreographers, Company Officials, or invited guests shall be conducted only with the consent of the interviewee and subject to the Company's operational schedule.

19.14 Media personnel shall not publish or broadcast false, misleading, manipulated, defamatory, or unlawfully obtained information relating to the event.

19.15 The Company reserves the right to record, photograph, livestream, broadcast, archive, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, license, and use photographs, videos, audio recordings, interviews, performances, and other event-related content for promotional, educational, documentary, archival, commercial, and marketing purposes worldwide.

19.16 Participants acknowledge that their image, voice, likeness, name, performance, interviews, and appearances during the event may be captured and used by the Company without additional approval or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19.17 No person shall reproduce, edit, redistribute, commercially exploit, sell, license, publish, or otherwise use the Company's official media content without prior written authorization.

19.18 Media personnel shall comply with all applicable copyright laws, privacy laws, broadcasting regulations, and other legal requirements while covering the event.

19.19 The Company may suspend or revoke media accreditation, restrict venue access, remove media personnel from the venue, or take other appropriate action in the event of any violation of this section.

19.20 The Company's decisions regarding media accreditation, filming permissions, interview access, broadcast rights, photography permissions, content usage, and all matters relating to media operations shall be final and binding.

20. Privacy, Identity Verification & Data Protection

20.1 The Company may collect personal information necessary for registration, identity verification, event administration, communication, security, legal compliance, certification, and other legitimate business purposes.

20.2 Information collected may include, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, gender, nationality, address, email address, mobile number, emergency contact details, photographs, videos, passport information, government-issued identification details, payment information, and other documents required for participation.

20.3 All personal information submitted to the Company shall be accurate, complete, and up to date.

20.4 The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any information or document submitted by an applicant or participant.

20.5 The Company may request additional identity documents, supporting records, or verification information whenever necessary.

20.6 Failure to provide the requested information or verification documents within the prescribed period may result in rejection, suspension, cancellation of registration, or disqualification.

20.7 Personal information shall be used only for purposes reasonably connected with the administration and operation of the Company's events, services, and official activities.

20.8 The Company may share personal information with authorized employees, contractors, service providers, venue operators, payment processors, travel partners, government authorities, regulatory authorities, emergency service providers, or other authorized organizations where reasonably necessary for event management or required by law.

20.10 Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registration credentials, passwords, verification codes, and account information where applicable.

20.11 The Company shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the participant's failure to protect account credentials or personal devices.

20.12 Official event records, registration documents, photographs, videos, attendance records, certificates, and administrative information may be retained for the period considered necessary by the Company or as required by applicable law.

20.13 The Company may contact applicants and participants through email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp Business, the official website, mobile applications, or other officially authorized communication channels regarding registrations, schedules, operational updates, customer support, promotional activities, surveys, or legal notices.

20.14 By submitting an application or registering for any Company event, participants consent to receiving official communications through the communication channels provided during registration.

20.15 The Company's website may use cookies, analytics tools, session technologies, and similar technologies to improve website performance, enhance user experience, maintain security, and analyze website usage.

20.16 Users may disable cookies through their browser settings; however, certain features or services of the website may not function properly as a result.

21.2 Every person entering the event venue shall comply with all health, safety, security, and emergency procedures established by the Company and the venue management.

21.3 Entry to the venue may be subject to security screening, baggage inspection, identity verification, or other reasonable security measures.

21.4 Any person refusing to comply with mandatory security procedures may be denied entry or removed from the venue.

21.5 Weapons, explosives, fireworks, hazardous chemicals, illegal drugs, narcotic substances, or any other prohibited or dangerous items shall not be brought into the event venue.

21.6 The Company reserves the right to prohibit any additional item that may reasonably present a safety, security, operational, or legal risk.

21.7 Every participant shall immediately report accidents, injuries, fire hazards, suspicious activities, unattended items, security concerns, or emergencies to the nearest Company Official or security personnel.

21.8 Emergency exits, fire equipment, medical facilities, access routes, and evacuation paths shall remain unobstructed at all times.

21.9 During an emergency, all persons shall follow the instructions of Company Officials, security personnel, emergency responders, venue management, and public authorities.

21.10 The Company may suspend, delay, relocate, or terminate any activity whenever necessary to protect the safety or security of participants or the public.

21.11 Participants shall ensure that they are medically fit to take part in the activities for which they have registered.

21.12 Participants shall disclose any serious medical condition, severe allergy, medical restriction, disability requiring assistance, or other health condition that may affect their participation or safety.

21.13 Participants requiring regular medication shall remain responsible for carrying and administering their own prescribed medication unless otherwise required by law.

21.14 In the event of an accident, illness, or other medical emergency, the Company may arrange first aid, emergency medical assistance, ambulance services, or referral to an appropriate medical facility.

21.15 The Company may contact the participant's emergency contact person whenever reasonably necessary.

21.16 Except where required by applicable law, medical expenses, hospitalization costs, ambulance charges, medicines, travel costs, insurance claims, and other healthcare expenses shall remain the responsibility of the participant or their parent or legal guardian.

21.17 Smoking, vaping, consumption of alcohol, use of illegal drugs, or reporting while under the influence of intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited within the event venue.

21.18 Any person whose conduct creates a health or safety risk may be removed from the venue or restricted from participating in any activity.

21.19 The Company may establish additional health protocols, sanitation measures, infection-control procedures, or public health requirements whenever required by law, venue policy, or public health authorities.

21.20 All persons attending the event shall cooperate with health screenings, safety inspections, emergency drills, and security exercises conducted by the Company whenever reasonably required.

21.21 The Company's decisions regarding health measures, safety procedures, security arrangements, emergency response, venue access, and all matters relating to health, safety, and security shall be final and binding.

22. Complaints, Investigations, Disciplinary Action & Disqualification

22.1 The Company is committed to maintaining a fair, professional, safe, and respectful environment for all persons associated with its events and activities.

22.2 Any participant, parent, visitor, exhibitor, designer, choreographer, judge, staff member, volunteer, sponsor, media representative, or other person may submit a complaint regarding misconduct, policy violations, safety concerns, or operational issues.

22.3 Complaints shall be submitted through the Company's official complaint channels in the manner prescribed by the Company.

22.4 The Company may require complaints to be supported by relevant documents, photographs, videos, witness statements, or other evidence where available.

22.5 Anonymous complaints may be reviewed at the Company's discretion where sufficient supporting evidence exists.

22.6 The Company reserves the right to determine whether a complaint requires formal investigation.

22.7 The Company may appoint an internal committee or authorized officials to investigate complaints, policy violations, misconduct, or disciplinary matters.

22.8 During an investigation, the Company may request explanations, supporting documents, digital records, or other relevant information from any concerned person.

22.9 Failure to cooperate with a lawful investigation may itself constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

22.10 The Company may temporarily suspend participation, accreditation, venue access, duties, or privileges while an investigation is pending where considered reasonably necessary.

22.11 After completion of the investigation, the Company may determine the appropriate disciplinary action based on the available evidence.

22.12 Disciplinary action may include a verbal warning, written warning, restriction of access, suspension, cancellation of registration, removal from the venue, withdrawal of awards or certificates, permanent disqualification, or any other appropriate administrative action.

22.13 Any person may be disqualified for submitting false information, forged documents, impersonation, fraud, bribery, corruption, abuse of authority, harassment, discrimination, violence, theft, vandalism, criminal conduct, or any serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

22.14 Attempts to manipulate judging results, registrations, attendance records, accreditation, voting systems, competition outcomes, or official documents are strictly prohibited.

22.15 Submission of false complaints, malicious allegations, fabricated evidence, or intentionally misleading information may result in disciplinary action.

22.16 Any award, title, certificate, accreditation, recognition, or privilege obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violations may be suspended, withdrawn, or cancelled by the Company.

22.17 Disciplinary action taken by the Company shall not create any entitlement to a refund, compensation, damages, or future participation unless otherwise required by applicable law.

22.18 Where conduct may constitute a criminal offence or violation of applicable law, the Company may refer the matter to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

22.19 The Company may prohibit any person who has been permanently disqualified from registering for or participating in future events organized by the Company.

22.20 A person subject to disciplinary action may submit a written representation or appeal in accordance with any appeal procedure established by the Company, provided that submission of an appeal shall not automatically suspend or delay the disciplinary action already imposed.

22.21 The Company's decisions regarding complaints, investigations, disciplinary measures, disqualification, appeals, and all matters arising under this section shall be final and binding.

23. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

23.1 Participation in any event, competition, exhibition, seminar, workshop, or activity organized by LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

23.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in or attendance at any Company event.

23.3 The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, misplacement, destruction, or damage to personal belongings, luggage, electronic devices, cash, jewelry, documents, costumes, equipment, vehicles, or other personal property brought to the event venue.

23.4 The Company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, transportation failures, flight disruptions, railway delays, traffic congestion, or other travel-related interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

23.5 The Company shall not be liable for visa refusals, immigration decisions, customs inspections, denied boarding, entry restrictions, deportation, quarantine requirements, or other decisions made by government authorities.

23.6 The Company shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, products, or services of airlines, hotels, transport providers, payment gateways, internet service providers, venue operators, exhibitors, sponsors, or other independent third parties.

23.7 Each participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, officials, volunteers, contractors, representatives, sponsors, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, penalties, or legal proceedings arising out of the participant's unlawful acts, negligence, breach of these Terms & Conditions, infringement of third-party rights, or misconduct.

23.8 If any claim, dispute, or legal action is brought against the Company as a result of a participant's actions or omissions, the participant shall remain responsible for all resulting liabilities to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23.9 The Company reserves all legal rights and remedies available under applicable law in relation to any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

23.10 The provisions of this section shall survive the completion, cancellation, suspension, termination, or expiration of the participant's involvement with the Company.

24. Force Majeure

24.1 The Company shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, suspension, modification, interruption, or cancellation of any event, activity, service, or obligation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

24.2 Force Majeure events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, storms, cyclones, lightning, fire, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, government actions, court orders, travel restrictions, border closures, power failures, internet failures, cyber incidents, transportation disruptions, venue closures, or any other unforeseen event beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

24.3 Where a Force Majeure event occurs, the Company may postpone, reschedule, relocate, suspend, shorten, extend, modify, merge, divide, or cancel the event or any part of it without prior notice where circumstances require.

24.4 The Company may revise reporting dates, rehearsal schedules, competition schedules, show timings, seminar sessions, judging schedules, exhibition timings, venue arrangements, or operational procedures whenever reasonably necessary due to a Force Majeure event.

24.5 Participants shall comply with all revised schedules, operational instructions, safety measures, and administrative directions issued by the Company following a Force Majeure event.

24.6 Where an event is postponed or rescheduled due to Force Majeure, the Company may determine whether registrations, accreditations, tickets, passes, or other event-related approvals remain valid for the revised schedule.

24.7 The Company shall not be responsible for travel expenses, accommodation expenses, visa expenses, insurance costs, loss of income, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from a Force Majeure event.

24.8 The Company reserves the right to implement additional health, safety, security, legal, operational, or administrative measures whenever reasonably required due to a Force Majeure event.

24.9 Where compliance with any obligation becomes impossible or impracticable due to a Force Majeure event, the affected obligation may be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

24.10 The Company's determination regarding the existence, impact, duration, and operational consequences of a Force Majeure event shall be final, subject to applicable law.

25. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Final Provisions

25.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

25.2 Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Company's website, services, registrations, or events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

25.9 Registration through the Company's website, mobile application, or any officially authorized digital platform, including selecting an "I Agree", "Accept", "Submit", or any similar electronic confirmation, shall constitute a legally valid electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25.10 Official notices, approvals, schedules, confirmations, instructions, and other communications issued through the Company's official website, official email addresses, WhatsApp Business account, mobile application, verified social media accounts, or other officially authorized communication channels shall be deemed valid official communications.

25.11 Customer support, participant assistance, and administrative services may be provided in one or more languages as determined by the Company from time to time.

25.15 Users and participants shall not assign or transfer their registration, participation rights, accreditation, tickets, passes, certificates, or other personal entitlements to any other person unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

25.17 The decisions of LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited on operational, administrative, technical, and event-related matters shall be final and binding, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

25.18 Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions may be submitted through the Company's officially published customer support channels.

25.19 By accessing the Company's website, registering for any event, submitting an application, purchasing any service, attending any event, or otherwise using the Company's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

26. Official Language

26.1 The Company may provide customer support, event assistance, and general communication in multiple languages, including but not limited to English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Assamese, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Russian and such other languages as determined by the Company from time to time.

26.2 Notwithstanding the availability of multilingual support, the official language for administration, registration, applications, agreements, legal notices, policies, Terms & Conditions, official correspondence, compliance matters, and all legal and administrative documents of LASKA Fashion Modeling Private Limited shall be English.

26.3 Where these Terms & Conditions or any Company document is translated into another language for convenience, such translation is provided for reference purposes only.

26.4 In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity, or difference in interpretation between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and be legally binding.
