This policy applies to all registrations, applications, tickets, bookings, and payments made for any events or services of Laska Fashion Modeling Pvt. Ltd.

1.No Refund After Application Submission

• Once you submit the registration or application form, the fee becomes non-refundable. No full or partial refund will be given for any reason.

2.Cancellation by Participant

• If a participant decides to cancel or cannot attend, no refund will be given. The fee cannot be moved to another person, event, or year

3. Disqualification

• If a participant is disqualified for breaking rules, no refund will be given. Reasons include: Misbehaviour, drugs, fake documents, fake social media engagement, missing grooming/rehearsals, or breaking event rules.

4. Cancellation by Organizer

• If the event is cancelled due to natural disasters or any other unavoidable reason, the organizer may give a new date or event credit. Refunds will be given only if officially announced.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

• All payment gateway fees and processing charges are non-refundable.

6. Duplicate Payments

• If you make a duplicate payment by mistake, email proof. After checking, the extra amount may be refunded or adjusted.

7.No Refund for Partial Participation

• If a participant attends only part of the event or leaves early, no refund will be given

8. Non-Transferable Fees

• Fees cannot be transferred to another person, category, event, or next year.

9. Agreement & Chargeback Policy

• By paying, the participant agrees to all rules including the no-refund policy. Unnecessary disputes or false chargebacks will be handled legally.

10. Payment Failure

• If a payment fails due to a technical issue, the amount will return automatically to the participant’s bank account.

11. Instalment Payments

• If paying in instalments, the remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the event. If not paid on time, the amount already paid will not be refunded
