3.PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

• False information leads to disqualification without refund.

4.CONTENT OWNERSHIP

• All event/website content belongs to Laska Fashion Modeling Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
• Participants grant us rights to use photos/videos for promotions without compensation.

5.TRADEMARKS

• All third-party trademarks are acknowledged.

6.WEBSITE USAGE RULES

• Unauthorized use of the website may result in legal action.
• Copying or distributing content is prohibited.
• Linking to our website requires written approval.

7.EVENT CONDITIONS

• Grooming teams, schedules, and trainers may change without notice.
• Travel, stay, food, and costume provisions vary per event.
• Organizers may change the venue, date, or event structure at any time.

8. PAYMENTS

• Foreign participants may be asked to submit additional documentation such as passport, visa, and travel information. This information is collected strictly for verification, safety, and regulatory compliance, and is shared only with the event management team or as legally required.

• All payments are strictly non-refundable.
• Payments are non-transferable in all situations.
• Detailed refund and cancellation policy is updated on our website.

13. GENERAL EVENT RULES

• Applicants must meet eligibility criteria.

14. NATIONAL FASHION SHOW

14.1. NATIONAL FASHION SHOW – ELIGIBILITY

• Must be an Indian citizen.
• Must submit valid ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID/Driving License).
• Birth/native state proof required.
• Contracted models must declare existing contracts.
• Beginners can apply.

14.2. NATIONAL FASHION SHOW – ATTENDANCE & FACILITIES

• We are not responsible for application delays.
• Participants must report 1 day prior for grooming.
• Accommodation is participant’s responsibility.
• Food provided for participant + 2 accompanying persons.

14.3. CODE OF CONDUCT

• Drugs/alcohol strictly prohibited.
• Respectful behavior is mandatory.
• Misconduct can result in disqualification & legal actions.
• Minors require parental consent.

14.4. NATIONAL GROOMING & COSTUMES

• Grooming provided by appointed professionals.
• No objections/changes allowed.
• Costumes, makeup, grooming provided by organizers.

15. INTERNATIONAL FASHION SHOW

15.1. INTERNATIONAL FASHION SHOW – ELIGIBILITY

• Must be a professional model.
• Minimum age: 9 years.
• Must submit proofs of: Pageants, Fashion shows, TV ads, Agency contracts.
• Must meet height/weight requirements.
• False information causes disqualification (refund only if applicable).

15.2. INTERNATIONAL GROOMING

• Training by international choreographers: Putra Pasarela (France), Luk O (Thailand) and/or others.
• Grooming is mandatory.
• No trainer replacement.
• Must report 2 days before (preferably 3).
• No costume changes on show day.

16. SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER AWARDS

• Must follow category guidelines.
• Fake engagement = instant disqualification.
• Only 3 finalists per category.
• Judging is final.

17. FASHION DESIGNER QUEST 2026

• Must submit registration fee, theme sketch & concept.
• Costume creation allowed only after approval.
• Designers must bring their own model.
• Judgement final.
• Accommodation not provided.
• Food provided as per schedule.

18. DISQUALIFICATION CONDITIONS

• False information
• Misconduct
• Drug/alcohol use
• Fake social media engagement
• Violating grooming/costume rules
• Missing mandatory sessions
• Disrespectful behavior
• Ignoring organizer instructions

19. EVENT NON-OCCURRENCE

• Natural disasters
• National emergencies
• Government restrictions
• Unforeseen events

20. ORGANIZER DECISION

• Organizer decisions are final and binding.

21. INDEMNITY

• By registering, you indemnify Laska Fashion Modeling Pvt. Ltd. against all third-party claims, damages, penalties, losses, and legal expenses arising from your actions.

22. LEGAL JURISDICTION

• All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts, India.

23. REGISTRATION FEE TERMS

• Registration Fee + GST must be paid for selected category.
• Application processed only after payment.

24. INSTALMENT PAYMENT RULES

• Instalments must be fully paid 30 days before show or date fixed by organizers.
• Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.

25. NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL CHOREOGRAPHY

• International models train under international choreographers.
• National Fashion Show has 100+ Indian choreographers.
• Group allocation decided by the National Fashion Show Director.

26. TRAINING & ATTENDANCE RULES

• Models must arrive 1 day before show.
• All training sessions are mandatory.
• Missing sessions may reduce stage time or result in non-participation.

27. ENTRY PASS & ID RULES

• Free entry for participant + 2 accompanying persons.
• Other events require tickets.
• Models must carry valid ID.
• ID cards and entry passes must be collected before 11:00 AM on training day.
• Extra tickets available online.

28. FOOD & ACCOMMODATION

• Free meals (breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner) provided on training & show day for the model and two accompanying persons.
• Accommodation/travel are participant responsibilities.

29. COSTUME & MAKEUP

• Show outfits provided by organizers.
• Makeup done by event team.
• No costume changes on show day (International segment).

30. BEHAVIOR & SAFETY

• Misbehavior from accompanying persons affects the model.
• Serious incidents may lead to legal action.
• Following safety/security guidelines is mandatory.

31. COMPLAINTS

• Complaints related to staff, choreographers, volunteers, models, or facilities must be submitted to the Laska Complaint Cell.

32. MEDIA RIGHTS

• Organizers may use event photos/videos for promotional & marketing purposes.

33. FINAL DECISION

• For all disputes or event-related matters, the CEO’s decision is final.
